GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN MINISTRY OF INDUSTRIES AND PRODUCTION
NOTIFICATION
Islamabad, the 17th June, 2000

S.R.O. 400(KE)/2000: In exercise of the Powers conferred by Section 6 of the Export Processing Zones Authority Ordinance, 1980 (IV of 1980), the Federal Government is pleased to:--

(a) relieve Syed Ishtiaque Ali, Director, Foreign Exchange, State Bank of Pakistan, Karachi from the membership of the Board of Directors of the Export Processing Zones Authority;

(b) appoint Mr. M.R. Mehkari, Director, Foreign Exchange, State Bank of Pakistan, Karachi, as member of the said Board; and

(c) direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 1078(I)/94, dated 2nd October, 1984, namely:--

In the aforesaid Notification, for serial No. (9) and the entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted, namely:--

"(9) Mr. M.R. Mehkari, Director, Foreign Exchange, State Bank of Pakistan, Karachi..............................Member".
