Islamabad, the 30th August, 2000

S.R.O. 613(I)/2000.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1950 (XXXIX of 1950), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Import Trade and Procedure Order, 2000, namely:--

In the aforesaid Order, in Appendix ‘B’, after serial number 63 in column 1, the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto in columns 2 and 3 shall be inserted, namely:--

"63A. 1701.0000 Sugar".
