ORDER
Islamabad, the 5th August, 2000

S.R.O. 540(I)/2000.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) act, 1950 (XXXIX of 1950), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Import Trade and Procedure Order, 2000, namely:--

In the aforesaid Order, in paragraph 17, for the proviso the following shall be substituted, namely:--

"Provided that Export Processing Zone units shall also be allowed to sell to the tariff area such imported, raw materials as Central Board of Revenue may, by notification in the official Gazette, specify."
