NOTIFICATION
Islamabad, the 17th November, 2000

S.R.O. 832 (I)/2000.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1950 (XXXIX of 1950), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the Export Policy and Procedure Order, 2000, namely:-

In the aforesaid Order, in Schedule-III, against serial No. 3 in column (1), in column (3), for the existing entry the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"Registration of export contracts with the Export Promotion Bureau and pre-shipment inspection of consignments as per procedure to be notified by the said Bureau."
