NOTIFICAITON
(Central Excise)
S.R.O. 94 (I)/2002.—In exercise of
the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12A of the Central Excises Act, 1944 (I
of 1944), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment
shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 456(I)/96, dated the 13th June,
1996, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification in the Table, in column (1),--
(1) for heading number 271.0039 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3)
the following shall be substituted namely:-
| "2710.0039 |
(i) Solvent oil
(non-composite) |
Nine rupees per litre |

(ii) Other |
Eighty eight paisa per
litre"; and |
(2) against heading number 3814.0000, in column (2), in clause
(I) after the word "oil" the brackets and word "(composite)" shall be
added.
