NOTIFICATION
(Central Excise)
S.R.O.77 (I)/2002.—In
exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12A of the Central Excises
Act, 1944 (I of 1944), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following
amendment shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.798(I)/90, dated the 30th July, 1990,
namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in clause (ii), for paragraph (c), the following shall be
substituted, namely:-
“(c) a certificate, from a Scheduled Bank authorized to deal in foreign
exchange, to the effect that the foreign exchange received in respect of the machinery and
equipment in question has been reported to the State Bank of Pakistan.”.
