NOTIFICATION
(Central Excise)
S.R.O.332(I)/2002.— In
exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 33 of the Central
Excises Act, 1944 (I of 1944), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the
cases relating to Large Taxpayers Units shall be adjudicated by an officer of Central
Excise not below the rank of Collector.
