NOTIFICATION
(Central Excise)
S.R.O.227(I)/2002.—In
exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12A of the Central Excises
Act, 1944 (I of 1944), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in its
Notification No.S.R.O.454(I)/96, dated the 13th June, 1996, the following further
amendment shall be made and shall be deemed to have so been made on the 31st May, 1997,
namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, against heading 2523.9000 in column (1), in
column (2) after the word “in”, the words, letters, figures, brackets and commas
“Notification No.S.R.O.367(I)/94, dated the 9th May, 1994, and” shall be
inserted.
