NOTIFICATION
(Central Excise)

S.R.O. 685(I)/2001.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12A of the Central Excises Act, 1944 (I of 1944), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 456(I)/96, dated the 13th June, 1996, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1),--
(a) after heading number 2710.0082 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following new heading number and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be inserted, namely:-

"2710.0083

In bulk (vessels, bouzers, lorries etc.)

Seven rupees and fifteen paisa per litre"; and

(b) for heading number 2710.0093 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3), the following new heading number and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be substituted, namely:-

"2710.0093

Base lube oil

Seven rupees and fifteen paisa per litre."
