CENTRAL EXCISE STANDARD
S.R.O. 250(I)/2000.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 12A of the Central
Excise Rules, 1994, the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to rescind its Notification
No. S.R.O. 972(I)/84, dated the 8th November, 1984, with immediate effect.
