NOTIFICATION
(Central Excise)
S.R.O. 1342 (I)/99.-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Central Excises Act, 1944 read with proviso to sub-rule (1) of rule 12 of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 , the Central Board of Revenue , with the prior approval of the Federal Government, is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. .S. R. O. 547 (1) /96, dated the 1 st July, 1996, namely ;-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the preamble, for clause (iii) the following shall be substituted, namely:-"
(iii) export of excise dutiable goods in retail packing not printed, in bold letters, with the words-
(a) "NOT FOR SAL IN PAKISTAN";
(b) "FOR EXPORT ONLY"; or
"MANUFACTURED FOR _____________________
(the name of their customer)".
