S.R.O. 963(I)/99. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12A of the Central Excise Act, 1944(I of 1944), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O 454(I)/96, dated the 13th June, 1996, namely:

In the aforesaid Notification, in the preamble, for clause (ii) the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"(ii) all other goods imported into Pakistan as are specified in the First Schedule to the said Act, except those specified in notification No.S.R.O.962(I)/99, dated the 26 th August, 1999, from the whole of excise duties."
