NOTIFICATION
(Central Excise)
S.R.O. 847(I)/99.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
12A of the Central Excises act, 1944 (I of 1944), the Federal Government is pleased to
direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.
456(I)/96, dated the 13th June, 1996, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column(1), heading numbers 5202.1000,
5202.9100, 5205.0000, 5206.0000, 5207.000, 5509.0000, 5509.0000, 5510.0000 and 5511.0000
and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be omitted.
2. This notification shall take effect from the 1st day of July, 1999.
