(CENTRAL EXCISE)

S.R.O. 809(I)/99.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Central Excises Act, 1944 (I of 1944), the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in Central Excise Rules, 1944, namely:--

In the aforesaid Rules, in rule 235, in sub-rule (1), serial numbers 40 and 48 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
