S.R.O. 996(I)/99.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 12A of the Central Excises Act, 1944 (I of 1944), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O.454(I)/96, dated the 13th June, 1996, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1), after heading number 12.01, 1205.0000, 1206.0000, 1207.2000, 1207.5000, 1207.6000 and 1207.9900 and the entries relating thereto in columns (2) and (3) shall be omitted.

2. This shall take effect from the 26th of August, 1999.
