S.R.O.------ (I)/99.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Central
Excise Act, 1944 (I of 1944), read with proviso to sub-rule (I) of rule 12 of the Central
Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Board of Revenue, with the prior approval of the Federal
Government, is pleased to direct that the following amendment shall be made in its
Notification No. S.R.O. 547(I)/96, dated the 1st July, 1996, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the preamble, in clause (iii), for the words "FOR
EXPORT ONLY" the words "MANUFACTURED FOR ________________" shall be
substituted.
