(CAPITAL VALUE TAX)

S.R.O. 732(I)/2000.-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (10) of section 7 of the Finance Act, 1989 (V of 1989), the Federal Government is pleased to exempt M/s Pakistan Red Crescent Society, from the payment of capital value tax in respect of the following vehicle, donated by the Japanese Red Cross Society, namely:--

(i) one Toyota Hiace Ambulance, Model 1988, Engine No. 2L-1562034 bearing Chassis No. LH66V-9000093.
