This was necessitated by the substitution of the Second Schedule by Finance Ordinance, 1981 as the new clause (20) deals with rest and recreation allowance. Perhaps due to an oversight, this amendment was neither incorporated in the Finance Ordinance, 1982 nor in any other statute thereafter.
