This clause :-
(3)in respect of the assessment year 1999-2000 and
thereafter,-
| (a) in the case of a banking company; | 50 per cent |
| (b) in the case of a public company other than a banking company; and | 30 per cent |
| (c) in the case of any other company. | 35 per cent. |
shall be substituted by Finance Act 1999.
