This clause has been substituted

(22A) The provisions of sub-section
(5) of section 50 shall not apply, during the period between the twenty-second day of
June, 2000, and the twenty-second day of September, 2000, to unsold Daewoo Racer Cars
imported by the banks under the Yellow Cab Scheme.
