HHH. Rate for
collection of income tax under sub-section (7BB) of section 50:
(i) In cities of Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi, in case of a building located on plot
size-
| (a) Not exceeding 500 square yards; |

| (b) Exceeding 500 square yards. |
Two per cent of the estimated cost. |
(ii) At other places, in case of buildings located on plot size -
| (a) Not exceeding 1000 square yards. |
Nil |
| (b) Exceeding 1000 square yards. |
Two per cent of the estimated cost. |
