[Notification No. SRO 67(1)/33 dated 26th.
January, 1993]
In exercise of the powers conferred by section i63 of the Income
Tax Ordinance, 1979 (XXXI of 1979), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that in
its Notification No. S.R.O. 785(I)/90, dated the 22nd July, 1990, the following amendment
shall be made and shall be deemed always to have been so made, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the preamble, after the word "that" the words,
figures and commas "the said agreement shall enter into force on the 5th December,
1992, and" shall be inserted.
