Income Tax
S.R.O. 521(I)/80. - The Federal Government is pleased to
notify that the Agreement between the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Hellenic
Republic for the Avoidance of Double Taxation of income derived from the operation of
ships and aircraft notified vide Notification No. S.R.O. 212(I)/80, dated the :19th
February, 1980, came into force on the first day of January, 1971, in respect of income
derived from operation of aircraft and the ninth day of October, 1979, in respect of
income derived from operation of ships.
