2 Paragraph (1) of Article VI of the Convention
replaced vide Notification No. S.R.O. 675(K)/64, dated 24th August, 1964. The omitted
paragraph 1 is as under:
(1) Where a Swiss company owns shares carrying not less than one-third of the voting power
of a Pakistan company engaged in an industrial undertaking the rate of Pakistan super-tax
Otherwise payable in respect of the dividends paid by such Pakistan company to such Swiss
company, shall be reduced by 6.25 per cent.
