(I)/2004. -
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV
of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following
amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 457(I)/2004, dated the 12th
June, 2004, namely: -
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Table, in column (1),-
(i)
against S. No. 48, 52 and 53, in column (5), for the words “If imported
by textile sector” the word ”Nil”, shall be substituted; and
(ii)
against S. No. 88, in column (5), for the words, brackets and
numbers ”if imported by (i) Aluminum Processing Industries (ii) Pakistan Metal
Industries” the words “if imported by Aluminum Processing Units”, shall be
substituted.
