NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

 

                                                                                               

                        S.R.O.  (I)/2004-: In exercise of powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act 1969(IV of 1969) , the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.358(I)/2002, dated the 15^th june,2002, namely:-

 

 

     In the aforesaid Notification, in TABLE II, against  S.No. 51 in column (1),-

 

(a)        in column (2), after the word “steel” the words “of prime quality” shall be inserted; and

 

(b)        in column (5), for the word “Nil”, the following shall be substituted namely:-

 

 

            “If not manufactured locally and if imported by the capital goods manufacturing industries in such quantities as are determined by Chief (Survey), CBR”.
