(CUSTOMS)

 

                        SRO   (I)/2004: – In exercise of the powers conferred by section 98 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the federal government is pleased to extend upto the 30^th June 2004 the period for which Warehoused goods may remain in the warehouse, remit the surcharge payable under the said section to the extent specified in column (2) of the Table below in case such goods are removed from the warehouse upto the date specified in column (3) of that Table; -
