NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

 

                        S.R.O.978-(I)/2003- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act 1969(IV of 1969), the federal government is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its notification No. S.R.O 410(i)/2001 dated the 18^th June ,2001, the following amendments shall be made and shall be deemed always to have been so made namely

 

 

In the aforesaid notification , in the preamble , for the figures , word and comma “30^th September ,2003” the figures, word and comma “31^st December,2003 “ shall be substituted
