NOTIFICATION

(CUSTOMS)

 

            S.R.O.  481(I)/2003. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969), the Federal Government is pleased to direct that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O. 439(I)/2001, dated the 18^th June, 2001, namely: -

 

            In the aforesaid Notification, -

 

(a)               in condition (ii), for the words “one year”, the words “two years” shall be substituted; and

 

 (b)       in the FORM of INDEMNITY BOND, in fourth paragraph for the words “one year” ,the words “two years” shall be substituted.
