S.R.O.238(I)/2003 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of section 21 of the Customs Act 1969(iv of 1969), the Central board of revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in its Notification No. S.R.O 412(I)/2001, dated the 18th june,2001, namely:-

In the aforesaid Notification, in Schedule II in column (2), after serial No.24 and entries relating thereto in columns (1), (3), (4), the following new serial numbers and entries relating thereto in columns (1),(3) and (4) shall be added, namely:-

1. polyester staple fibre 2. dye for polyester 3. antimigrant 4. acetic acid 5. silicon softener 6. F.B.A. 7. polyvinyl alcohol. 8. tallow substitute	27.dyed or printed fabrics made of 100% polyester staple fibre.	From 04-03-2003 to 30- 6-2003	Rs.11.69 per kilogram.
