ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL US DOLLAR BONDS - NOTIFICATION

Please refer to S.D. Circular Nos. 06, 07 and 08 dated the 4th August, 1998, 7th August, 1998 and 15th September, 1998 respectively on the captioned subject.

2. A copy of the Notification since issued by the Finance Division (Budget Wing), Government of Pakistan under S.R.O. 1018 I/98 dated 3rd October, 1998 whereby further amendments have been made in the Rule No. 5 and 6 of the Special US Dollar Bonds Rules, 1998 is enclosed for information and necessary action at their end.
