II. RULES OF BUSINESS
A. DEFINITIONS
For the purpose of these regulations:-
(a) "NBFI" means a Non-Bank Financial Institution and includes a DFI, Modaraba, Leasing Company, Housing Finance Company, Investment Bank, Discount House and Venture Capital Company.
