Dated the 30^th January, 1996

Please refer to instructions contained in NBFIs Circular No. 2 dated the 7^th January, 1996.

All NBFIs are advised to confirm by return fax whether they have complies with the instructions contained in the said circular by maintaining a cash reserve balance to an amount not less than 1% of the total liabilities (as defined in Rule-6 of the NBFIs Rules) at the close of business on each day with the State bank.
