AUDIT AND SUBMISSION OF ACCOUNTS
In partial modification of the instructions contained in rule 17 of NBFIs Circular No. 1 dated 5^th December, 1991 it has since been decided that the submission of duly audited accounts ma be made within a period of six months after the end of accounting year of NBFI.

Other instructions shall, however, remain unchanged.
