SUBMISSION OF WEEKLY RETURNS TO SBP

Please refer to Rule No. 15 of NBFIs Circular No. 1 dated the 5^th December, 1991 in terms of which it has, interalia, been laid down that weekly statements are required to be submitted to this Department within four days of the date to which the return relates.

The matter has been reconsidered and it has been decided that effective from 8-8-1994, weekly statements shall be submitted within two working days from the date to which the return relates.
