Dear Sirs,
It has been decided to introduce a monthly statement showing details of investments held for the purpose of maintaining liquidity as per NBFIs Rule 6, on the enclosed format with effect from January, 1994.
2. You are advised to ensure that the requisite statement is submitted to this Department within seven days of the date of which the return relates.
