Subj ect: Filing fee deposited with the statements under Prudential Regulations for Modarabas

In terms of Circular No. 10/2000 dated August 10, 2000, modarabas are required to submit various periodical statements under the Prudential Regulations for Modarabas alongwith filing fee challan of Rs.500/-.

In order to facilitate the Modaraba Sector in filing the said periodic statements under the Prudential Regulations, it has been decided that henceforth, the Modaraba Companies shall not deposit filing fee and submit challan thereof with the periodical statements under the Prudential Regulations for Modarabas. It is expected that the said decision would reduce the financial burden/cost and add value to the revenues of the Modarabas.
