Consequent upon substitution of requirements relating to transfer pricing in the listing regulations of the stock exchanges, the Commission's Circular No. 11 of 2003 dated April 21, 2003 prescribing the period for submission of the report as one month is no longer relevant and may be deemed as withdrawn.
