S.R.O. 943(1)/2003.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997 read with section 20(4)(o) thereof, and in supersession of its notification No.S.R.O.822(I)/2003 dated August 21, 2003, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (the Commission) is pleased to decide that the Commissioners shall, in addition to exercise of powers and performance of functions delegated to them from time to time, be responsible to oversee the working of Divisions of the Commission as specified below, namely:-
