Amendments in Fourth Schedule to The Companies Ordinance, 1984
The Commission vide Notification No. SRO 66(I)/2003 dated January 22, 2003 has made certain
amendments regarding transfer pricing in the Fourth Schedule to the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The listed companies are hereby directed to comply with
the said amendments for the financial statements covering periods beginning on or after January 01, 2003.
