Companies Easy Exit Scheme (CEES) and Extension in Period of Companies Regularisation Scheme (CRS).
In partial modification of
circular No.07 dated April 1, 2002 and No.08 dated April 16, 2002 whereby
Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan announced the scheme titled “Companies
Easy Exist Scheme” (CEES) providing an opportunity for an easy exit from the register
of companies to such companies which do not have any assets or liabilities and are not
carrying any business, the Commission has extended the period for the applicability of
this scheme upto May 15, 2002. The interested parties are advised in their own interest to
avail of the opportunity and submit their applications in accordance with the guidelines
already provided, within the extended period.
