Companies Easy Exit Scheme (CEES) and Extension in Period of Companies Regularisation Scheme (CRS).
In partial modification of
circular No.07 of 2002 dated April 1, 2002 whereby Securities and Exchange Commission of
Pakistan announced the scheme titled "Companies Easy Exist Scheme" (CEES) which,
inter-alia, provided for declaration to be submitted by Chief Executive/Director duly
verified by an affidavit administered before Class I Magistrate, it has been decided in
view of the practical difficulties being faced by the applicant companies that the said
declaration would be acceptable if it is verified by an affidavit administered before the
Oath Commissioner.
