Extension in Period of Companies Easy Exit Scheme (CEES)
In continuation of circulars
No.07 dated April 1, 2002, No.08 dated April 16, 2002 and No. 09 of April 29, 2002 whereby
the Scheme titled "Companies Easy Exist Scheme" (CEES) was announced, providing
an opportunity for an easy exit from the register of companies to such companies which did
not have any assets or liabilities and were not carrying any business, the Commission has
further extended the period for the applicability of this Scheme upto May 31, 2002. The
interested parties are advised in their own interest to avail of the opportunity and
submit their applications in accordance with the guidelines already provided, within the
extended period. It is clarified that there shall not be any further extension, in any
case.
