AMENDMENT IN APPENDIX IV TO THE FOREIGN EXCHANGE MANUAL
Consequent upon de-scheduling of the Credit Agricole Indosuez with effect from the close of business on April 17, 2004 on account of its merger with NDLC-IFIC Bank Limited, the name of Credit Agricole Indosuez, The Global French Bank appearing at Serial No. 10, Appendix IV to the Foreign Exchange Manual has been deleted. Accordingly, a revised list of Appendix-IV of the Foreign Exchange Manual is enclosed.
Please bring the above changes to the notice of all your
constituents.
