Forward Booking Against Export Contracts

Attention of Authorized Dealers is invited to para (iv) of FE Circular No. 16 dated November 01, 2004. It is clarified that exports on contract basis are exempt from the ambit of above mentioned para. Accordingly, Forward Bookings against export on contact basis are permissible, subject to observance of relevant rules and regulations applicable for Forward Booking.
