ISSUANCE OF NOTIFICATION RELATING TO EXPORT
TO AFGHANISTAN & CENTRAL ASIAN REPUBLICS.
In terms of SRO
409(I)/2003 dated the 10th May, 2003, the Ministry of Commerce, Government of
Pakistan have amended sub-para (2) of para 8 of the Export Policy and Procedure
order, 2002. A copy of the said SRO is enclosed.

ORDER
S.R.O. 409 (I)/2003 –
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 3 of the
Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1950 (XXXIX of 1950), the Federal Government
is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in the
Export Policy and Procedures Order, 2000, namely:- In the aforesaid Order, in
paragraph 8, in sub-paragraph (2), after the word and comma “credit,” the words
“confirmed orders on realization of export proceeds through banking channels”
shall be inserted. (F.No.18(11)/2000-E.IV (Vol.VI))
