AMENDMENT IN APPENDIX IV TO THE FOREIGN EXCHANGE MANUAL

Consequent upon conversion of Agricultural Development Bank of Pakistan into Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited and also due to descheduling of the International Finance Investment and Commerce Bank Limited (IFIC Bank) with effect from the close of business of October 02, 2003, on account of its merger with NDLC-IFIC Bank, Appendix IV to the Foreign Exchange Manual has been revised (copy enclosed).
