Dear Sirs,
Non-Competitive Bids-Modus Operandi
Please refer to EDMD Circular
No. 13 dated 17-09-2003 wherein modus operandi for non-competitive bids for
PIB Auction was circulated.
In this regard it is advised that for each non-competitive bid there will be a
ceiling of Rs. 10 million. Other instructions on the subject will remain
unchanged.
