PROCEDURE RELATING TO ISSUE, MANAGEMENT, REPAYMENT etc-SPECIAL U.S. DOLLAR BONDS (REGISTERED & BEARER OF THREE, FIVE AND SEVEN YEARS MATURITY
I Please refer to Forms-SUSDB-14-T & 14-TA circulated vide our Circular letter No.2
dated 8th, March 2000.
In the order to make Forms SUSDB-14T & 14TA more comprehensive it has been decided to
amend the same. The amended Form SUSDB-14T & 14TA are enclosed for your use in
reporting Tax and Zakat deductions on SUSDB henceforth.
The other instructions vide our cited circular will remain unchanged.
