Dear Sirs,
The Federal Government vide their notification No.F.3(9)Bkg-I/99 dated February 08,
2002, under the powers conferred vide section 10, sub-section 12 of the SBP Act 1956
(as amended), has appointed Mr. R.A. Chughtai, Deputy Governor SBP to act, for the time
being, as the Governor SBP till Dr. Ishrat Hussain resumes office.
